We store some utilities under the files menu for you to download and install on your computer. These items can be found by opening the slider bar on the left hand side of your screen.

 

Click the "FILES" option.

GADGETS

 

Since windows launched VISTA they introduced GADGETS, these are small applications on your desktop that can show the weather, time and various other programs.

Odyssey developed two GADGETS that you can download. the purpose of these are to help you get quick access to values without having to log into the system through the browser.

 

 

Tablet and Outlook Applications

 

The last two option / buttons allow you to download the Microsoft outlook client and the android application for your tablet or smart phone.

 

Please also note that there is a app available for apple tablets and iphones: this you need to download from the app store on your device.

 

You need to download the outlook interface and follow the installation instructions. After installation you might have to restart your outlook.

 

Click on the button at the top of outlook to set your user name and password.

 

 

The following screen will pop up so that you can set your user name and password:

 

The web service path can be found under the system settings. Copy and paste into path / textbox.
