Mail
Odyssey comes with a build in emailer. You can still send emails through OUTLOOK, but it is much quicker to use our email client.
Messages
On the left hand side within the slider bar, we find the MAIL option. This is divided into two sections, internal messages and email messages.
The top message section allows you staff to send internal messages to each other. These messages does not go through any email client, but is internally send to the applicable use.
Email and SMS
These two options allow us to send emails or SMS messages to our clients. This works like your normal OUTLOOK account and store all incoming and outgoing emails.
