To follow the CRM process you need to understand the following.
Good business practice revolves around people and not around the companies. You need to build relationships with the people in a company, as they are the once making decisions. In Odyssey CRM everything starts with opportunities linked to a contact, which can be a company, but still maintained by people. ODYSSEY CRM treats the start of each process as a new opportunity. The following two pages briefly cover the CRM system in a whole. Refer to each menu option for a detailed explanation. The section below explain CRM terminology and the process, but you need to jump to the section called “Quick Start” if you are setting up a new system.
The MENU (Docking Station) in the middle of your screen can be customized to suit your needs. Click on the system settings in the right top corner of your screen. Odyssey now allows you to drag your favorite menu options from the left (Available Menu Items) to the right (Selected Menu items) of the two menu/icon groups displayed below. Due to your screen size you can only fit a limited number of menu options onto the docking station. The remaining menu options will be displayed under the "MORE" icon. You can drag from left to right or back from right to left until you are happy with the menu options you require on the docking station.
All items that you did not link to the main docking station will be displayed / viewed under the more icon.
