Your user profile
You can change various personal settings by clicking on your log in name at the right hand of your screen.
· View your employee details.
· Changing your login Password.
· Changing your identification Picture.
· Changing you CRM email signature and IMAP Account settings.
TAB controls are available; now click the various TAB headings to change your profile settings.
Details TAB
All your personal information is displayed here. You cannot change any of this as the information about you was created by the supervisor when your profile was created.
Security TAB
Change your existing log in password. It is important that you must have your old password. If you cannot remember your password you need a supervisor to get this for you.
My Profile TAB
Here you can select a picture or load a picture of yourself. This picture is displayed when you view the company progress graphs. Each sales representative will be indicated on the sliding GRID by his/her identification picture.
Email Settings TAB
Add your email signature. To enable the email link through outlook please refer to installing the outlook interface.
