When sending an email from the CRM, you need to add your unique signature (Contact details) to each email. Click on this tab to open the designer.
You can now create a signature that will accompany each of your emails send from the CRM System. To add picture and hyper links to your signature
you can click on the small icon, shown below as "advance setup". this will alow you to format and change the signature as required.
IMAP email settings.
Most ISP will have the details available for your IMAP setup. This is the IP address used for your email traffic through GMAL, OUTLOOK or any other email program. Odyssey CRM will look at the IMAP address and make copies of emails associated with your contact list. This means that emails send from Odyssey and received through your default email account will be stored inside the customer database for later use.
