Email and SMS
MAILING
Odyssey has its own built in emailing & messaging system. Here you can send mails to various customers or just send message amongst your fellow employees.
Odyssey CRM has a built-in messaging system. This does integrate with your current default e-mail message software, like outlook or GMAIL. Refer to your local dealer for help on setting up the IMAP feature.
Messages are only for internal use. You can send messages to fellow employees. Do not get confused with email and SMS messages.
Sending SMS information
Odyssey CRM has a built-in SMS messaging system. You can now notify your customer by SMS when his quote was sent, or when his deal was approved. All information goes directly to his cell phone. Just click on the SMS icon in the GRID while viewing quotations or opportunities.
Sending EMAIL Information
With the click of a button you can attach:
1. Quotation.
2. Terms and Conditions.
3. Catalogues & any other relevant information.
Odyssey CRM has a built-in e-mailing system. You can now send customers their quotations or invoices direct from your CRM profile. Odyssey CRM even allows you to do e-mail marketing to select or all customers.
You can create an email signature which will be added to every mail you send. This email signature can be created under your user profile under "Signature".
By default your administrator can load documents that might be important with email messages. Once you send a new email, you can add (attach) files like brochures, contracts onto the email before sending.
