Attach files from Server
Attaching files are very easy, but you first need to upload these files to the server. The main purpose of uploading files to the server is to enforce uniformity and also to speed up the process when sending emails. If every employee must first upload standard files before every email it takes time, and also prevent different copies to be on each employee computer. now you can set the standard and up load important documents, contracts or brochures onto the server that they have quick access to.
Click the button , this will open a drop down grouped according to how the files setup was done. In the above sample there is only one group called "Contract Documents".
A list of all the uploaded files in that group is displayed, click the checkbox on the right to include the selected files during the email process.
How to upload and group server files for emails:
In the top right hand of your screen, click on the "Settings" link. one of the top menu option ICONS is called system files.
The following screen will open and allow you to upload and organize your server files.
Click on the button. In the top right hand corner you can now choose to browse for files on you local PC and upload these files onto the internet server. All files uploaded will then be available to users when they need to send emails to customers. To make it easier and more organized, odyssey allows you to create GROUPS. These are like folders on your local hard drive. Groups allow you to copy files onto the server in a more manageable format.
