Any quotation that was approved and accepted on the CRM is now waiting to be converted into an ORDER. In most businesses there is an office management person responsible for getting the stock ready for delivery. This administration person needs what we call an ORDER /INSTALL SHEET with all relevant items that was on the original customer quotation.
You can only place/move quotations to the order GRID once it was ACCEPTED. Note that when a quotation was placed in the order bin it will no longer be available under the quotation list/grid. The install sheet will now be emailed to the appropriate person.
