Contacts in odyssey can be companies or individual persons. All new and existing contacts can be created or imported through this option. Your contacts consist of company names (your clients) and the persons (employees of that company) with their respective designations inside each of these companies. When viewing contacts through the contacts dashboard the company details with each individual person is displayed.
In Odyssey CRM you can group your clients/companies.
Groups enable you to quickly view clients according to location, industry or whatever grouping format you created. Please view the video link below to see how to create and work with groups.
The above contact grid allows you to view the company/contact names. By clicking the little plus(+) sign to the left of the contact name, you can view the employees linked to that company. You will also notice that some company/contact names are highlighted like above in yellow. When creating groups for contacts you can define a group color which enables you to quickly identify the groups associated with the contacts. Through the icons on the right hand side of GRID you can edit, link contract details or just manage your contacts. The small black icon on the right of the GRID allows you to view the company details as shown below, with their respective employees and all associated processes stored. Viewing clients in the contact dashboard display all emails received or send, SMS communications or any previous actions like calls, quotes etc.
