The telesales module consists of two parts. First you need to create call lists either from your existing contacts, leads or imported from a excel spreadsheet.

1. On the top docking station click the

icon and then you can enter the UTILITIES menu options. Under UTILITIES you will find the cyclical planning where you can create call lists or site visit lists. You first need to do the complete setup before you can advance to the telesales module.

2. Once you completed the above step you can move onto the telesales module.
