Creating Call Script
In Odyssey CRM you can create various telesales scripts with unique result sets for telephone marketing.
Results
Depending on the result / feedback that a telesales staff member gets from making a call, he or she needs to specify a result. These results are defaults that you can load for why a call was not successful. Later during the call process you will see where result sets are used.
Scripts.
When telesales staff calls a customer they need a script to help them through the sales process. Depending on the customer’s answers, odyssey will lead them to the next possible question or response.
Once you have created the script file with questions and answers, your telesales staff can almost begin the phoning process.
