Stationary designer
Odyssey CRM has its own built-in stationary designer for quotations, invoices and installs sheets and various other forms you would like to design. Once you select to create any stationary Odyssey will ask you to specify a default name for the stationary you are about to create.
Click the “create new template” button in the top right corner to design your own stationary. TIP: it is easier to edit and change an existing sample to suit your needs, than to start new from scratch. After you have specified your new stationary name, you will be in the editor as shown below.
In the Left hand section is the designer layout, you can move variables around and place pictures. It is very important that you ensure that the variables used in the designer are spelled exactly the same as displayed on the right hand side. To add pictures or table layouts you can click on the small triangle at the top of the page. This will open the editor tools as well as the HTML editor code window.
