Since every business / user requires different features, we created these system setting so that you can adjust Odyssey CRM to respond as close as possible to your busines requirements.
NOTE :At the first glance, system settings can appear intimidating : It is best to consult with one of our qualified training consultants before changing the system settings.
Clicking on an icon will open the system settings table at the bottom of yur screen. Since each setting already contains a description we are not going to cover that in this help file.
As part of the system settings page, we explain some important setup procedure that you might want to do.
