Quote GRID structure

 
Since the quote layout of most businesses are different, Odyssey allows you to create the quote GRID layout during the quotation process.
Light blue fields can be moved, RED fields are compulsary and cannot be removed from the grid.
 
NOTE : Please make use of our support staff to ensure that you understand the process explained below.
 
The standard quoation GRID looks like this:
 
 
Let us click on the Quote Grid icon in the system settings. You can now drag and rop the reuired fields from the left to right as shown below.
 
 
Our new GRID in the quotations will now look like this after saving the above structure. Please note the new layout. To maintain readability, Odyssey added a PLUS sigh next to the description for the "Second Description".
