Product Departments
Before we can create our stock items on the system, we need to specify the categories or departments that each code must be linked to.
To create these departments, click on the "MORE" icon, then UTILITIES – Stock Department option.

Odyssey group stock items into three departments. Your first level is called the MAJOR departments. You can create your MAJOR departments with their first sub set linked to another sub2 set of departments. The purpose of department levels is to group the stock codes that you create. These groups are later used in your stock searches as well as on some reports.
