Quite a lot of our CRM customers require to quote their clients down payment options (monthly installments). In Odyssey you can create these down payment options and the interest rates offered by rental companies/banks. On the quotations the CRM allows the sales staff to indicate the monthly installment if paid over 36, 48 etc months. Use this option to set these interest rates for future use on the quotations.
When creating a new quotation you will have the opportunity to select payment periods. Odyssey will calculate the monthly installment over various periods like 12 to 72 months depending on how you entered the factor sheet calculations. You can also create multiple company factor sheets if you deal with more than one finance house or bank.
You will also have the option at this point to select direct payment options like:
· Deposit Amount
· First Payment Amount Payment Date
· Second Payment Amount Payment Date
· Etc.
NOTE: When in a vehicle sales environment, odyssey crm automatically calculates the monthly installments with residual values.
