My Company (Profile)
Odyssey CRM allows you to create multiple company profiles. This enables you to run various company details in one system, having multiple quote layouts with each company details and banking details. The CRM makes it easy for a CEO and managers of a company to get an overview of the sales pipeline throughout the country. You need to setup company details for each of your branches.
You can then link the staff (employees) created on the system to a company/branch.
The company setup allow you to specify unique details that can be printed on quotations.
Unique logo and branch address.
Supervisor email for that branch.
Upload Logo.
Terms and conditions for that branch.
Banking details.
· All quotations and invoices printed from that area then carry these company details.
· Managers can get reports per branch.
· Each company logo can be loaded and displayed on all quotes and invoices.
