Add note
At the bottom of the quotation, depending on your system settings:
you can add a note. These are details or condition that you would like to add to quote conditions. Click on the add note button to open the editor.
you can calculate financial options.
This can be linked to rental factors to calculate monthly installments. (36, 48,60 months.)
This can be linked to bank prime rates to indicate monthly payments.
This can be linked to split payment options.
Your sales staff can choose to give the customer Ex: three months to pay.
The quotation will then indicate at the bottom a deposit value set by you. (ex: 50%)
The remainder of the other 50% will then be equally split over three months.
You can add a service contract.
You can indicate monthly software license fees.
You can indicate monthly service contract fees.
NOTE: If your company profile is set to a vehicle / auto dealer, you will also have the link available for TransUnion.
The link to TransUnion allow your sales staff to do trade and retail value enquiries. this means that they can immediately get the correct trade value and indicate on the quote.
