This TAB control holds the manual for download as well as some nice windows desktop GADGETS. There is a sales and an office gadgets that you can download and install on your windows 7 desktop. These gadgets help you quickly view sales information and order status indicators. You’re personal statistics and your group turnovers etc. Special software is required if you need to install these in windows XP.
Gadgets
There is a special GADGET that can be installed for the administrative person to control and view all orders. This is a desktop application and can be downloaded from within the crm. Any messages or installation information can be entered or viewed through this gadget.

REMINDERS (Contracts, Birthdays, Follow-up’s)
The CRM will checks on a daily basis for birthdays of any of your customers. This will help you to improve customer relations by sending an SMS or nice email birthday card. The CRM system also keeps track of all financial deals/quotations. If any of the sales representatives closed a deal that was created as a quote on the CRM, odyssey makes a future calendar date entry. These future entries are there to remind you of when this deal will expire. If the client signed a three year contract, it is very important that you follow up before the contract expires, otherwise you opposition will. You can set in the system setting, how many month before the end of “deals about to expire” you would like to get a notification.
Reminders are there to help, DO NOT IGNORE THEM! Every day the system will tell you who you should call and deals that need follow up.
