Sales Dashboard.
Below the Progress menu option, you will find your personal DASHBOARD. Here you can view the overall statistics and performance of individual sales representatives for the month. This is a graphical representation of his/her own sales throughout the month. The values shown in these graphs and gauges will give you an indication of where most of your turnover was generated from. Use this dashboard to identify problem areas as well as view and improve on your strong points.
1. View percentage of target reached.
2. View Gross profit value reached for the month.
3. View cost to company and see if you have reached target.
4. View total turnover and commission earned for the month.
5. Funnel chart show number of customer visits and deals closed for the month.
6. Various PIE charts indicating per department how sales was created.
7. Get a list of closed deals and view items per quote.
Under the reports section of the CRM you will find a report that prints this dashboard. You can either print for an individual sales person or for groups or teams of sales staff. This is an excellent report to use during sales meetings as it presents a complete overall view of the sales process for the current month.
Remember to install your sales GADGET on the desktop, this will show all relevant information the same as on the dashboard without the user having to log into the web site. Monitor your sales team progress without having to log into the online CRM software.
